（一）项目建设背景：山西省是中国最大的煤炭生产基地，沁水盆地是我国主要的煤层气资源集中地之一，具备得天独厚的煤层气资源条件和开发条件。煤层气的储量达6.85万亿立方米，占全国总量的三分之一。沁水县域境内储量约6000亿立方米，是目前国内最大的整装煤层气田，具有良好的资源和抽采条件。目前，已入住的开采企业7户，总开采量全国第一，钻探相关机械设备市场需求量大。

Project Construction Background: Shanxi Province is the largest coal production base in Ch艳阳仙丹ina, the Qinshui Basin is one of main concentration of coal bed gas resource centers in China and it has the unique coal bed gas resources condition and the development condition. The reserves of coal bed gas resource is 6.85 trillion cubic meter which accounts for one third of the national total. The reserves in the territory of Qinshui Country is 600 billion, it is the largest integral coal bed gas field which has excellent resources and extraction conditions. At present, the existing mining enterprises are 7 and the total production is r却硬度不够anked first in China, the market demand of related drilling mechanical equipments is huge.
